Texas BioAlliance’s Virtual Management Company (VMC), through its Expert Services program, facilitates the development of life science technology by providing inventors and early stage companies with critical, top-quality expert advice including technical and product development guidance, access to industry leaders and strategic direction through commercialization. This element is designed to temporarily address the limited supply of experienced commercialization management teams until Texas achieves critical mass in this area. This program protects the significant investment made by the taxpayers of Texas to establish a vibrant life sciences industry by encouraging grantees to leverage a global network of professionals to provide all phases of assistance through to commercialization.
